At Auto Racing Science, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy ensures fairness while protecting the quality and integrity of our products.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

 

Apparel & Accessories: You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

 

Simulators & Hardware: Due to the customized and high-value nature of our turnkey simulators, refunds are not available after shipment. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about a system’s configuration.

For eligible items, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

 

Refund Process

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors or damaged products.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund.
