Racing Simulator Participation Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement

Welcome to Auto Racing Science LLC! Before using our racing simulators, read and agree to the following terms.

Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation is completely voluntary and I choose to do so of my own free will.

Risks
I acknowledge that racing simulators may cause:

• Motion sickness

• Dizziness or disorientation

• Eye strain or fatigue

• Loss of balance entering/exiting the simulator

• Minor physical discomfort from seating, pedals, steering, or simulator motion

• I participate at my own risk.

Health Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically able to participate safely and do not have conditions that could be aggravated by simulator use (e.g., severe motion sickness, seizures, vertigo, heart conditions). I will stop immediately if I feel unwell and consult a medical professional if unsure.

Safe Operation
I agree to follow all instructions, use equipment properly, avoid unsafe behavior, and report any damage. Failure to do so may result in removal.

Assumption of Risk & Release
To the fullest extent under Florida law, I voluntarily assume all risks and release Auto Racing Science LLC, its owners, staff, contractors, partners, event hosts, venue operators, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, including those arising from negligence.

Hold Harmless & Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Racing Science LLC and related parties from any claims, damages, or costs, including attorney fees, resulting from my participation.

​

Equipment Care
I will treat all simulator equipment responsibly and understand I may be financially responsible for damage caused by misuse.

​

Media Release
I grant Auto Racing Science LLC permission to use photos/videos of me for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation.

​

Florida Law & Venue
This agreement is governed by Florida law. Any legal action must be brought in Florida courts, and I waive objections to jurisdiction or venue.

​

Severability
If any part of this agreement is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

​

Minors
Participants under 18 must have this agreement signed by a parent or guardian.

Participant Acknowledgment
I have read, understand, and agree to participate at my own risk.
